Leicester Square
Leicester Square is an eight unit development of duplexes and townhouses located on the corner of Leicester and Loudoun Street in the heart of Old Town Winchester, Virginia that was built in 2015. This quaint community was built within the historic district and utilized designs and materials to comply with strict architectural standards such as metal roofs, wood windows among other design items. Additionally, the development used permeable pavers for the courtyard and parking to manage storm water in an environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing design.
